Posting End Date: July 06, 2024 Employee Type: Regular-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position Enbridge Gas Ohio is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner who will serve as an advisor to management and employees, providing information to ensure company Human Resources programs, policies and procedures are administered in an effective, consistent, and legal manner. Are you interested? Apply today!! Here's what you will do: Identify Human Resources needs for assigned groups within the business unit. Collaborate and work with management and others in the Human Resources community in developing strategies and plans to address needs identified and to integrate Human Resources strategies and plans with business strategies and plans. Coordinate administration of broad array of Human Resources programs such as succession and workforce planning, test administration, transfer/relocation policy interpretation, staffing/position posting system, performance management, compensation/salary administration and pay for performance processing, leadership training, co-op, and minority scholarship programs, etc. Gather and compile data, perform analysis and make recommendations. Provide interpretation of union contract to line management and attend and participate in grievance process by providing input and advice to management and employees. Act as a resource for less experienced co-workers. Lead or coordinate Human Resources initiatives or projects. Who you are: You have: A related Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of directly related knowledge and experience. For candidates who do not possess a Bachelor's degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required. Preferred Disciplines include but are not limited to the following: Business Human Resources Strong working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, pay and staffing trends and practices. -Knowledge of company organizational structure. In depth knowledge of company policies, programs, procedures, and relevant government -regulations. Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong personal computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Assets: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Working Conditions: Office Work Environment 76 -100%. Travel Up to 25%.
