Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Essential Functions: Persons in this position should expect to have to manage deployment projects and project tasks, often simultaneously. The responsibilities of this job position require: Working with senior project managers and direct managers for proper management of scope and change so that impact to projects are planned, considered, and agreed upon by all parties. The ability and understanding and communicate product descriptions for all software packages supported by Revvity Software Services. Client Management: Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives. Project Management: Ability to manage projects simultaneously. Following of standard project management methodologies. Have an overall understanding of the Reproductive Health screening business, and how software projects strategically align. Collaborate with senior project managers and direct manager in creating and maintaining required project documentation. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience coordinating and/or assisting with project implementations. Up to 30% Travel - primarily domestic, may include Canadian and Caribbean Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a team environment with shared goals and responsibilities 3+ years experience in the software, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
