This is a position with grade 13 This position reports to Tech Instructor/Trng Cons Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop course materials and handle content delivery for technical training for customers, either in classroom or on-site. Each day, you will be responsible for post-training activities such as course feedback collection, possible corrective actions on course materials and equipment, etc. You will also showcase your expertise by guaranteeing excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satisfaction through trainings. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries division. You will be mainly accountable for: *Preparing and delivering training courses in classroom or on-site and following up on post- training day activities. *Developing course material for classroom and on-site training in your own area of responsibility and advising on updates needed in e-learning material. *Facilitating in course administration through making arrangements and answering enquiries and proposals for training courses. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology and basic electrical background/knowledge and 5+ years of power plant or process control configuration experience, or an Associate degree in Engineering or Technology and 7+ years of related military/work experience required, Or HS Diploma and 9+ years of related military/work experience required. Harmony/Symphony Plus experience is a plus. Travel may be required up to 20%. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
