Full time 40hrs/week minimum. No layoffs. Typical hours of operation are 6:00am to 2:30pm Mon-Fri with occasional evenings and weekends as required.

We are seeking a career minded individual with previous experience in the application of industrial coatings to work in our blast and paint facility. Projects include, but are not limited to, internal and external tank coatings, coatings of structural steel, handrails, stairs, pipe, casings and other projects.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Prepare surface for coating by sand or steel shot media blast, sanding, chemical wipe, wire brush and any other means necessary. * Apply primers, base coats and sealers within required specs and mil thickness. * Properly mix multi-component systems per manufacturers specifications. * Apply mid and top coats according to manufacturer and job specifications meeting mil thickness requirements. * Clean equipment and maintain a clean working environment at all times. * Accurately monitor and record environmental, material usage and time. * Provide assistance with other projects as needed  

The successful candidate will report to the Shop Foreman and General Manager, and be able to take direction from quality assurance personnel. You should be quality minded, motivated to meet goals and deadlines and be energetic enough to keep up with production demands .Must have good problem solving skills, be dependable and punctual, must be able to communicate and work well with others.
