Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provided Administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Maintain ingredient and packaging documentation including the Master Approved Supplier List, an online portal for new and existing supplier.

  • Upstate and submit documentation as required in customer portals and questionnaires.

  • Coordinate all registration, product collection and submissions to various dairy contest and competitions.

  • Performs work under minimal supervision.

  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

    Required Qualifications include:

  • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint Skills.

  • Manage calendars and Cornell courses.

  • Filing and organizational skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 5 years of related experience.

    Pay:

$21.00-$27.00 per hour

*The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
