Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will be tasked with handling the maintenance and collection of client accounts, providing daily support for the AR team to include cash posting, customer service and accounts receivable functions. This position will work in office and offers a strong salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:

• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Regularly contacting customers via phone and email to address financial obligations

• Identifying and addressing overdue accounts in a timely manner

• Addressing customer requests including account status, invoices and statements

• Processing client payments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Collections

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Accounting software

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
