DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601

Ecore is looking for 2 Press Operators to join our Molded Products team in Lancaster, PA!

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday- Thursday (overtime as needed)

Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience) + $.75/shift differential

Core Contributions: * Safety conscious and carry out work responsibilities in a safe manner * Weighing, mixing and filling molds with raw materials * Check finished product for defects and gauge product for correct thickness and measurements. * Prepping molds for various job * Inventory data entry

Essential Experiences: * High School Diploma or GED, or 4 years of experience as a machine operator/manufacturing worker * Previous experience in manufacturing with similar repetitive work duties is preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing demands * Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is preferred * Willingness to work overtime to meet operational needs * Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
