Job Title: Millwright | $24 - 30/hr

Job Description

We are looking to hire field helpers to join our team. We specialize in industrial air filtration systems, fabrication and installation, and machining services. The field helper will travel with a field leader and assist with the installation of dust collection systems and air filtration systems. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, hanging ductwork, and performing minor welding.

The working hours are 7am – 3:30pm with the expectation of overtime.

Travel is a huge factor to consider when applying to this role. Field workers will show up to the shop location and ride out with the crew.

• 50% = Traveling out of state ranging from PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA. ( Per-diem when out of time )

• 50% = Local work ( No per-diem )

We take on millwright work such as:

• Industrial maintenance & repair.

• Equipment offloading/staging/storing.

• Plant relocation.

• On-site problem solving.

• Equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of dust collection systems and air filtration systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints.

• Hang ductwork and perform minor welding.

• Travel with a field leader to various job sites.

• Work collaboratively with a team.

Performance / Additional Information

Field leaders will measure your ability to follow blueprints and timeframes to finish jobs.

The expected start date is 2 weeks out. We will interview at our main location in Denver, PA.

Based on the interview performance and experience level we are willing to pay up to $30/hr.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00

2 weeks paid time off to start - overtime after 8 hours every day, 1.5 on Saturday, double time on Sundays, benefits medical, dental, and vision, 401k, paid holidays - all to start

This is a fully onsite position in Lancaster,PA.
