Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Landenberg, Pennsylvania. This role involves a variety of customer service and administrative tasks within the telecom industry. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in a timely and a customer friendly manner

• Utilize Microsoft Word and other software to document customer interactions and transactions

• Perform data entry tasks to keep customer records up-to-date and accurate

• Process order entries and ensure they are completed correctly

• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing customer support.

• Demonstrated experience in data entry and maintaining customer records.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
