Description:
St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a (Full Time) Cook to join our Food & Nutrition team!
The Cook is responsible to supervise the hot food production and other areas as assigned.
Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Rotating
**Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed or assigned.
Cook
Responsible to supervise the hot food production and other areas as assigned.
Ensures meal service demands are met and customer approval ratings are high.
Participates in creating menus, purchasing foods, controlling food costs and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
Demonstrate leadership skills.
Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalency (required)
Training in food preparation with proven culinary skills.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Organizational and planning skills to coordinate all areas of food production.
