Description:

St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a (Full Time) Cook to join our Food & Nutrition team!

The Cook is responsible to supervise the hot food production and other areas as assigned.

Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Rotating

**Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed or assigned.

Cook

  • Responsible to supervise the hot food production and other areas as assigned.

  • Ensures meal service demands are met and customer approval ratings are high.

  • Participates in creating menus, purchasing foods, controlling food costs and maintaining a sanitary work environment.

  • Demonstrate leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalency (required)

  • Training in food preparation with proven culinary skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.

  • Organizational and planning skills to coordinate all areas of food production.
