Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers with trusted insights into Records and Information Management, Administrative Solutions, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal and commercial customers, CABS is 8(a) certified and has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.

The SharePoint Developer will provide temporary support to the Air Force’s Tactical Data Link Operations and Management Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, sustain and update TDLOMO branch SharePoint sites and other web technologies (e.g. DAF365 and associated apps) for standardized layout development, accessibility, and security.

  • Serve as a SharePoint Specialist and design and develop web parts, InfoPath forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows, page templates, branding customizations, Microsoft FAST Search for SharePoint search scopes, and web services.

  • Ensure information is cleared by the local Public Affairs/Foreign Disclosure Office prior to publishing.

  • Promote and assist with the use of internal knowledge management tools.

  • Create, develop, implement, and maintain repeatable knowledge management best practices and processes for continual process improvement.

  • Integrate information throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal and external clients.

  • Provide training to local end users, site owners, and knowledge managers (KM).

  • Ensure web technologies are in accordance with ACC/USAF Web Standardization Concepts.

  • Update web pages within 72 hours of receiving an update request.

  • Coordinate update requests with site owners.

  • Attend and participate in TDLOMO meetings, as needed.

  • Perform maintenance and management of physical records, electronic records, publications, and SharePoint.

  • Providing input to Site Lead for the monthly status report.

  • Completing timesheet daily and any online training as required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Headquarters Staff environment.

  • 3+ years of experience directly related to each of the following:

  • Administration and development experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office365 platforms.

  • Engineering and/or technical services required to maintain unclassified and/or classified websites.

  • Secret clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • DoD 8570.01 certification requirements for IAT Level II preferred but not required.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat software.

  • Capable of administration and development of SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, lists, and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions.

  • Can provide engineering and/or technical services required to maintain unclassified and/or classified websites (i.e. AF Portal, SharePoint, Communities of Practice, etc).

  • Possesses experience working in an HQ Staff environment (NAF, MAJCOM, or above); producing decision documents, presenting briefings, building staff packages, coordinating with other staff personnel, working with other major command elements, interfacing with USAF staffs, and coordinating taskers using existing Task Management Tool (TMT) or other staff coordination standards.

  • Must be well organized, and an effective communicator with ability to grasp system concepts and communication their application.

  • Must be capable of managing multiple tasks with time related constraints in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% as requested.
