Science Systems and Applications, Inc.(SSAI) seeks an Administrative Analyst to provide support at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Greenbelt, MD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support that will include: assisting in the assembly and editing of documents; securing badges for visitors; laboratory calendar and appointment management; procurement of supplies; facilitating phone, email, and network access; publications management; facilitation of office moves; space management; and conference room scheduling. Other associated duties may be assigned.

This position is on-site at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

• Skilled at using the MS Office suite of products, particularly MS Excel

• Customer service oriented- supporting the lab, management and the team

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic team environment

• Adept at learning to use new web-based applications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Permanent Residency or US Citizenship required.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

• Familiarity with NASA processes and systems such as: IDMAX, NAMS, ESD, AMMS, SEWP

• Familiarity with web content management is a plus
