Position Summary: Our commercial banking client serves the most innovative companies in the world and has turned to SolomonEdwards to help provide ongoing project lead help for compliance and controls around Insider Trading and the client’s Control Room. SolomonEdwards Business Lead Consultant will help with business operations, analysis, coordination and implementing controls that will manage the risks appropriately related to insider trading. This ongoing program is multi-faceted and will have communications and some training across a several workstreams ranging from education and management of change messaging to tool and process training. This is a one year engagement, with preference given to NYC-based candidates. The ability to work in the EST time zone is required. Essential Duties: • Perform as a Control Room Analyst to monitor employee conflicts of interest. • Create communications for daily, quarterly, and annual Private Side Associate monitoring or any required update announcements. • Develop presentations for specific groups within the Bank. • Maintain and update SharePoint as required. • Partner with L&D to create and update annual training requirements. • Cover the Control Room mail inbox by following a rotation of set shifts for 3 hours, answering inquiries simultaneously with other tasks. • Track and monitor monthly training requirements for new associates. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in business operations, compliance, business analysis, training, and project coordination required. • 7-10 years of experience conversing with various team members on both business and technical content required. • Experience designing messaging and training curriculums required. • 7-10 years of experience in formal end-to-end projects required. Job Specific Competencies: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Banking experience, with a focus on Control Rooms, is required. • Compliance Training experience preferred. • Detail-oriented, respectful, and empathetic. • Experience using these systems, Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.), Storyline, Conflict of Interest Monitoring Systems preferred. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
