Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Business Analyst with 7+ Years of Experience

• Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance processes, policies, underwriting, claims processing, and risk assessment.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).

• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, underwriters, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements, focusing on both current and future needs.

• Analyze and optimize current processes, identifying inefficiencies or areas for improvement to increase operational efficiency within insurance operations.

• Collaborate with developers and architects to design and validate solutions that meet business requirements, maintaining alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and use cases that accurately capture and communicate business needs to the technical team.

• Develop and execute test plans, work with QA teams to validate that solutions meet the agreed-upon requirements, and ensure a smooth implementation process.

• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication to facilitate project progress and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Use data analysis skills to provide insights and recommendations, supporting decision-making processes within the insurance functions.

• Ensure that all business processes and solutions comply with relevant insurance regulations and standards, such as AML, KYC, GDPR, and SOX.
