This remote role will require up to 50% travel. Qualified applicants must reside in the US in Northern Ohio or Michigan.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.

  • Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.

  • Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth.

  • Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.

  • Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

  • Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.

  • Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machine vision, robotics and/or automation solutions please ensure resumes submitted clearly showcase this experience

  • Must reside in the US in Northern Ohio or Michigan. 50% travel to be expected.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Automotive industry highly desired

  • In-depth understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strategic sales approach with the ability to demonstrate value to the customer

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas

Salary: USD 93000.00 - USD 139600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
