Position Overview

• The Infrastructure Supervisor manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure.

• The Infrastructure Supervisor installs, configures, tests, and maintains operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

• The Infrastructure Supervisor proactively ensures the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, while maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies.

• The Infrastructure Supervisor writes and maintains custom scripts to increase system efficiency/automation and lower human intervention time on tasks.

• The Infrastructure Supervisor provides third tier/second escalation support and coordinates work activities within the Infrastructure Team, including scheduling upgrades and maintenance activities.

• The Infrastructure Supervisor also manages the availability, integrity, and overall operation of applications and the related infrastructure across several business units and IT products ensuring continuity and achieving a high level of performance and availability.
