Job Summary/Description:

We are looking for a News Producer to work on the WILX newscasts. The ideal candidate will be expected to write and produce multi-media news, and features, and also keep abreast of breaking news stories. Should have a keen eye for graphics and related visuals.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for writing, story development, and showcasing news content. • Aggressively pursuing news tips and reporting on breaking news. • Collaborating with others in the newsroom on developing stories. • Responsible for posting content to the station's digital platforms.
