This position serves as a Quality Assurance Analyst for the Technical Operation and Support Division, supporting the Tax Administration Services Bureau. Responsibilities of this position include developing quality assurance procedures and measures. Serve as a division resource for quality assurance reviews regarding phone calls, outgoing correspondence and tax returns. Assists on business process improvement recommendations. Additionally, this person will work with area leadership to further develop training and consistent work rules for staff. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, critical thinking, strong communication and relationship building skills as they are essential to contributing to team success.
