This role is contract to hire, 100% onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Expertly fielding phone calls and ensuring they find their way to the right person in a timely manner.

  • Skillfully manage and organize files for easy access, maintaining an efficient office environment.

  • Stock office supplies as needed, ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day operations.

  • Prepare mailouts, populating and addressing envelopes ready for dispatch.

  • Handling incoming mail; sorting and delivering to the right recipient promptly.

  • Execute any necessary clerical duties to support the team seamlessly.

  • Utilize Microsoft Word proficiently for document creation and ongoing editing as needed.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Receptionist, with a minimum of 1 year working in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.

• A strong understanding of the Real Estate & Property industry is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.

• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines and photocopiers.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
