Packaging Supervisor - Monday to Thursday / 6AM - 4PM Loading Supervisor - Monday to Friday / 3PM - 11PM Treating Supervisor - Monday - Thursday / 8PM - 6AM

Accountabilities

• Ensure all employees are following the plant's safety rules.
• Evaluate personnel on a yearly basis.
• Coaching and training personnel on plant procedures.
• Assisting team leads on coaching employees.
• Attend weekly Level 10 meetings, department meetings and daily production meetings.
• Daily Audits
• Responsible for yard organization and cleanliness.
• Conducts all injury/incident investigations with the management.
• Monitors and maintains quality and proper packaging specs.
• Open communication with Management regarding production goals.
