SUMMARY OF POSITION
Audit manufacturing processes and their compliance with the quality system and report the findings effectively. Audit dimensions and attributes following established quality criteria.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform inspection work using the tools provided following good measurement practices
Provide effective feedback to the manufacturing areas
Identify and analyze "non-conforming" products; ensure compliance with the non-conforming material handling process. Do the necessary activities to detect the scope of the non-conformities and provide feedback to the manufacturing areas about situations of non-compliance and the impact to our client
Provide support to engineers in tasks related to continuous improvement projects
Generate documentation of inspections carried out
Attend manufacturing areas about quality processes and problems, coordinating and validating the process and equipment as necessary
Provide the necessary information / data to the supervisor or engineer that serves as a basis to streamline operations
Periodically report progress on assigned tasks
Extensive knowledge of the parts produced from the ""Breaker"" and its use
Perform other tasks assigned according to the position
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product inspection and manufacturing quality control processes.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal relationships
Availability to work overtime
Maintain and follow practices of a safe work environment
Good communication skills in English and Spanish
Mathematical skills
Demonstrate leadership and own initiative
Punctuality and responsibility in your area of work
Good organizational skills
Technical knowledge
Audit judgment
Able to complete work under little supervision while maintaining high levels of performance
Pay Details: $16.48 per hour
