Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

Our Architecture client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. You will manage a team of 4-5 people on multiple projects and handle the following responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the project in all phases of work.

  • Organize a work plan for each project assignment.

  • Maintain the project schedule.

  • Oversee the internal hourly budget.

  • Organize, coordinate, and manage technical and administrative staff assigned to projects.

  • Ensure technical accuracy of documents, specifications, and reports prepared for the project.

  • Manage and coordinate contracted engineers and consultants.

  • Report the status of all aspects of the project to the Principal-in-charge.

  • Keep the client informed of project status.

  • Solve budgetary, constructability, and technical problems on projects.

  • May be required to execute drafting tasks on an as-needed basis.
