Robert Half Call Center Specialist in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description

We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a Bi-lingual Call Center Specialist in the mechanical industry, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Call Center Specialist, your role will revolve around providing top-notch customer service in both Spanish and English and offering technical support to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service in both Spanish and English via various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.

• Collaborate with team members to address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

• Keep a detailed record of customer interactions and update our system meticulously.

• Cater to customer inquiries about our products, guiding them through their queries and concerns.

• Provide technical support to customers, assisting them with troubleshooting their issues.

• Work on a rotating weekend schedule to guarantee consistent customer support.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the situation.

• Utilize your skills in conflict resolution to handle challenging customer situations smoothly.

• Maintain the swift pace of our call center by managing high volume customer interactions effectively.

Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a call center role.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high volume inbound call center.

• Demonstrable skills in call center customer service and operations.

• Familiarity with call center metrics and their importance in evaluating performance.

• Prior experience in a similar role within the machinery manufacturing industry is advantageous.

• Proficient in conflict resolution and able to maintain composure in stressful situations.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving customer service issues effectively.

• Ability to deliver superior customer service consistently.
