About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly technical Data Analyst to join their team. This role demands deep expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization, with a particular focus on working with large datasets using Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth data analysis on large volumes of data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring they are accurate, insightful, and user-friendly.

• Manipulate and clean large datasets from various sources to prepare them for analysis.

• Utilize advanced data modeling techniques to create predictive models and simulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying factors affecting business performance.

• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to streamline reporting.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analytics processes.

• Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable recommendations.

• Continuously improve data analysis processes, adopting new tools and techniques as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on handling and analyzing large datasets.

• Extensive experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX queries.

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying.

• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
