Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Professional Personal Assistant for a fast-paced sales leadership company.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-5pm Be flexible, schedule may vary with shoot days.

Hybrid position: Some days will be remote, shoot days will be on site.

Have reliable computer, internet, and a working knowledge of outlook, how to use Gmail calendars, zoom links, etc. Have reliable transportation, valid Dr's license and insurance

Pay starting at $60k

Job Duties: 1. Manage client schedule (booking meetings, calls, arranging travel, appointments, shoot days, etc.) 2. Maintaining client inboxes (initial viewing for what's priority, responding to anything that's FAQ, deleting and blocking spam, responding to requests for meetings with availability) 3. Available for in-person shoot day needs (ie. restocking the green room with snacks before instructor arrivals, picking up lunch/coffee orders, being available in case someone needs a key, packaging and sending equipment back to Amazon, making copies of keys, picking up instructors for shoot days, etc.) 4. Coordinating schedules with instructors, makeup artist, producer for shoot days 5. Handling personal tasks like grocery shopping, picking up food for me, running errands, etc. 6. Potentially helping to upload content and some back-end content tasks

Someone who can help client organize the multiple areas of life and help optimize them. Ability to communicate clearly over email to both client and instructors. Ability to make informed decisions on their own (after guidance and training of course) Someone who looks for ways to help/has a capacity to observe and help anticipate additional ways to contribute.
