Overview

The Housekeeping Utility Cleaner is responsible for facility maintenance including floorcare, window cleaning, and varying facility maintenance projects within the venue. The Utility Cleaner will operate cleaning machines, scrubbers and other equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous utility experience. This is a full-time position.

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Location: Koval Lane, Las Vegas

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

• Previous utility experience required

• Experience operating cleaning machinery, floor scrubbers and other equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

• Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning

• Utilize additional floorcare cleaning equipment such as buffers

• Clean interior and exterior window, glass partitions, and mirrors using chemicals, sponges, and squeegees

• Safely operate lift equipment to clean higher level surfaces

• Experience operating cleaning machinery, floor scrubbers and other equipment.

• Experience with pressure washers.

• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
