Summary
It is the responsibility of the Traveling Payroll Coordinator to compile timekeeping data (via Kronos & SAP) and submit data to the local branch Payroll to audit and finalize. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate sign in desk, badges, and new hire paperwork for union labor call.
Ensure manual or systematic timekeeping systems are accurate.
Track punches daily to ensure all swipes were completed throughout the workday.
Audit punches to be sure everything was entered correctly. Work with management staff to correct missing or invalid punches, task# changes, job# changes.
Schedule labor calls thru CAP system to generate crew sheets.
Maintain data in SAP, New Hires/Rehires, Address Changes, Tax Changes, etc.
Always maintain confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge of Kronos preferred.
Knowledge of timekeeping system required.
Two years related experience in a computerized accounting environment preferably within a payroll function.
Proven ability to utilize and develop computerized spreadsheets.
Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Travel Requirements
Travel more than 75%
