Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.

• Coordinate daily operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

The essential functions of this role include:
