Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi Concept General Manager to join our team in Latta, United States. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial success across all locations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Oversee financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across all concepts
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain a positive brand image
Implement and oversee inventory management systems across all concepts
Participate in menu development and pricing strategies to optimize profitability
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple concepts or brands
Demonstrated ability to drive financial results and manage P&L responsibilities in a high-volume retail environment
Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions
Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain optimization
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
