Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in Laurel, Maryland. The role is primarily focused on customer service, interacting with in-field sales professionals and customers, and processing paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling sales appointments for in-field sales professionals.

• Making contact with customers prior to all in-home sales presentations to establish expectations.

• Providing assistance to our in-field sales professionals throughout the day.

• Following up on quotes given to customers and addressing their needs in relation to the sale.

• Processing completed paperwork, both electronic and manual forms.

• Handling heavy phone volume and meeting tight deadlines.

• Striving to meet and exceed expected sales targets.

Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends

• Proficiency in job scheduling and appointment setting

• High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining high quality customer service standards
