Location: This position is part-time, and remote. Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contract Administration Support Specialist to work in the IT Finance & Procurement Services Division to perform daily tasks to support the acquisition of IT goods and services. Responsibilities: Prepare supporting documents for submission to Procurement Office. Maintain contract files and databases. Review contract renewals and set up meetings with project/contract managers to discuss changes to contracts. Obtain quotes from vendors. Assist with monitoring contractor’s performance, including sub-contracting compliance. Compile periodic compliance reports. Prepare contract spend summary reports. Prepare materials for contract. Kick-off meetings. Document notes/action items during contract meetings. Analyze current contract administration procedures and suggest ways to eliminate bottlenecks. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, contract management or related field. High School diploma or equivalent. Five (5) years’ experience in any of the following areas: Contract administration, development and implementation of administrative procedures, document control and contract review cycles that included 2 years’ experience in the administration of IT and/or telecommunications contracts. Must have a keen attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills. Must have excellent analytical skills to evaluate contracts, determine whether the terms and conditions meet the Commission’s operational needs and identify potential issues with the terms and conditions. Must have great attention to detail to spot drafting errors in contracts before they are finalized and signed. Excellent communication skills both orally and written. Must have at least intermediate proficiency level using Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of procurement systems, proposal preparation, basic contract law, and legality of purpose. Ability to work on multiple and a variety of concurrent projects; Clearance: The ability to pass a background check is required.
