Rick Cargo LLC, an established company specializing in logistics and fulfillment services, is seeking to employ a 3PL Product Growth Project Manager to join its team.

The person in this position will perform the following Job Duties: Provide management of 3PL project [software solution for the warehouse management to automate the warehouse processes including storage, order processing, shipping, receiving, etc.], ensuring alignment with employers business objectives and long-term vision. Participate in hiring project team members (in particular, IT Specialists), develop scope of work for these specialists. Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs, assign tasks to the project team and lead project team to meet client requirements. Foster collaboration across distributed team members (IT Specialists), facilitating effective communication and coordination to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Create instructions for each type of employee for Warehouse Management processes for order fulfilment (3PL) facility, such as order processing, storage, packaging of orders, etc. Identify and resolve the problems and needs of the company's internal personnel who work with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its associated processes. Coordinate the integration and implementation of Warehouse management system (WMS) based on Odoo to enhance efficiency and scalability across fulfilment and logistics operations. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions. Manage project budgets, control costs, and seek opportunities for cost optimization while delivering value to clients. Provide regular reports on project status, performance, and strategic initiatives to the companys executives and clients. Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess project outcomes, gather insights, and apply lessons learned to future projects.

Candidate Requirements: Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technologies or related field

Experience: [[Minimum 24 months of experience in 3PL project management with the following duties: [[Manage the development and implementation of software solutions for the third-party logistics projects, including warehouse management processes, develop comprehensive project plans for such projects. [[Recruit project team personnel, develop their scope of work documentation for the projects and ensure productive collaboration across project team members to achieve project goals. [[Working directly with clients, understanding their unique needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
