Director, Partner Commercial Models - SaaS

Job Description:

The Director, Partner Commercial Models is responsible for the strategic development and management of innovative commercial models that drive growth and profitability through our partner ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS market dynamics, a keen insight into partner needs, and the ability to craft win-win scenarios that enhance value for the company, its partners, and customers. The Director will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize commercial models that align with our business objectives, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and compliance in all partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with revenue planning, pricing, licensing, compensation and channel margin teams to align on end-to-end revenue logic for the company.

• Simulating outcomes based on planning scenarios.

• Tracking performance against model and industry benchmarks.

• Finding areas for model optimization based on internal and external stakeholders' inputs.

• Working with programs, enablement and field teams to land models in production.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years progressive experience in Pricing, Licensing, or Performance Management

• Prior SaaS company experience

• Confident working with SQL databases, PowerBI, Snowflake or comparable tools.

• Strong understanding of industry models and how to build the next generation

• Must be comfortable presenting at the executive level
