Hiring Controls Technicians near Lebanon, IN -- Permanent Positions!

We're looking for someone with at least 3-4 years experience in Industrial Maintenance or schooling in Automation/PLC, and has strong hands-on experience with controls. We will also consider candidates recently graduating with a focus on industrial automation/PLC maintenance. The company would heavily prefer PLC experience focused on Allen Bradley Logix 500 and 5000 software.

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift : 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday) - 1 opening

• 3rd Shift : 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Monday - Friday) - 1 opening

Starting Pay Range:

• $30/hr. - $38/hr. Job Description:

• Troubleshooting and repair of electrically controlled equipment, including PLC controlled and solid state equipment, preventative maintenance

• Repairing packaging machines, gear boxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, motors, cylinders pumps, valves, flow meters.

• Allen-Bradley experience is strongly required with specific experience using Logix 500 and Logix 5000 software.

• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage or packaging industries

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including case packers, case sealers, filler machines, labelers, and palletizers.

• Skilled working with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power

• Allen Bradley PLC's - Program, Edits, and troubleshooting

• VFD's - setups and repairs

• Safety Circuit
