Insight Global Patient Access Rep II in Lebanon, New Hampshire

Job Description

The Patient Access Representative II will be supporting the departmental efficiencies by performing various tasks. These tasks may include scheduling, patient registration, pre-admission, and admission processes, as well as managing reception and discharge functions.

Additionally, they must ensure the collection of complete and accurate patient demographic information. Patient Access representatives are also required to employ proper and compliant patient liability collection techniques both before and after the date of service.

Skills and Requirements

- Highschool Diploma or GED

- Customer Service Experience

- Administrative Experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or similar industry

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in utilizing PC, CRT, printer, and Microsoft Tools

- Must be able to appropriately interpret physician orders, medical terminology, and insurance. - Bachelor's or Associates Degree null
