Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a business analyst to join a growing and dynamic program to provide client-facing Help Desk support to the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). This role serves as Tier 1 support for AOC end-users when they are seeking system assistance for a variety of platforms including Momentum, Maximo, IPP, and eTravel. This is a great opportunity to expand your skillset in areas of client engagement, business and data analytics, and functional government finance and accounting services. Ideal candidates will be dependable and self-motivated, have an understanding of Momentum fundamentals, and demonstrate an interest and aptitude in finance and accounting. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide fingerprints as requested by the client.

This position is located in our Lebanon, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide T1 Help Desk Support for Architect of the Capitol

• Perform analysis to review client issues

• Resolve day-to-day production requests and issue accurate, grammatically correct analysis and resolution responses within the expected window

• Work closely with the internal team members, product owners, and agency staff to address reported issues and concerns into workable solutions

• Develop Momentum application knowledge, to include its operating environment and its external dependencies

• Support AOC with the following systems: Momentum, IPP, IBM Maximo, and E2 Travel

• Use AOC’s Cireson ticketing system in addition to CGI’s JIRA to create, track, and resolve tickets

• Support AOC via phone and email support

• Update the LBFMS Confluence with updates and changes to procedures and walkthroughs

• Attend AOC and CGI team meetings

• Assist HD Lead and Functional Lead with special projects

• Assist personnel covering for out-of-office members

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1 year Momentum Experience

• Willing and able to learn new concepts quickly and apply that knowledge to other similar issues appropriately

• Familiar with basic Information Technology (IT) concepts and disciplines

• Able to work within a team setting while demonstrating self-sufficiency and independence

• Results-oriented and self-motivated to succeed and evolve skills (continuous improvement)

• Able and willing to work across a variety of shifts Monday – Friday, (7am – 3pm, 8am – 4pm, or 9am – 5pm) Eastern Time

• Help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $30,400.00 - $67,400.00.
