Job Description * Partners with sales executive and acts as liaison andadvocate between accounts (small to mid-sized) and Xactware at all levels. (requesting all config account changes) * Ensure proper entitlement for customer contacts (key codes,XA accounts, eSC accounts, profiles, training, closing accounts etc..) * Gain knowledge of clients' processes, procedures,infrastructure and support needs. * Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of all post-implementation * Send monthly reports: support issues, tips and tricks, and market trends. * Promote custom projects that improve client's workflow efficiencies and increase Xactware revenue.Some travel required to visit assigned accounts whenappropriate. * Completes all responsibilities as outlined on Performance Plan. * Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned. * Must be able to perform duties with reasonable accommodation.   Qualifications * 4+ years as Professional Services - Product Specialist or comparable experience * Met or exceeded customer satisfaction scores while working in similar role * BA/BS in business or related technical field and/or equivalent experience preferred * 2+ years maintaining customer relationships as Product Specialist and/or applicable experience * 3+ years assisting with and/or managing projects, a portfolio of accounts and/or equivalent work related experience * Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills * Ability to manage priorities, work independently, meet tight deadlines and achieve targets * Ability to manage and motivate personnel who may or may not be direct reports * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service, follow through and focus skills * Exceptional problem solving and analysis skills * Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Excel, MS PowerPoint and Internet technologies * Knowledge of property insurance claims processes #LI-Hybrid #LI-MV1 Additional Information For over 50 years, Verisk has been the leading data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry by delivering value to our clients through expertise and scale.
