Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the production process.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs for a variety of machining operations, including milling, turning, and drilling
Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation
Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to ensure program accuracy and efficiency
Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to CNC programs
Maintain accurate records of CNC programs and revisions
Provide technical support and training to production staff
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in CNC Programming, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer
Proficiency in CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Fusion 360)
Strong understanding of machining processes and CNC machinery
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00
