The Office Administrator facilitates and performs the efficient operation of administrative and clerical functions by performing a variety of tasks to support operations.  

General Duties:  Including, but not limited to, organizing, scheduling, and maintaining overall office needs (e.g., incoming and outgoing phone calls, meetings, databases, supplies, equipment, etc.); Minute-taking, generating correspondence, and communicating with visitors and clients; Maintain an event center schedule.

About the Role

? Communication Management: Efficiently handle client, partner, and stakeholder visits, telephone calls, emails, etc., and direct them appropriately with professionalism, promptness, and discretion.

? Activity/Meeting Coordination: Your good planning and organizing skills will assist in scheduling internal and external meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.  Assist in virtual and in-person events with video conferencing applications and advanced Microsoft Office Suite.  

? Document Handling: Develop, manage, and maintain reports, filing, minutes, correspondence, records, etc. as requested, to ensure proper handling of communication that may be extremely sensitive or confidential.

? Organizational Support: Conduct research to support different departments as well as maintain office supplies and equipment to help meet deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

? Minimum of 3 years strong experience in office administration, High school diploma or equivalent.

? Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Desirable:

? Two-year degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.

? Proficiency in office management systems and software.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
