Job Title: Finish Carpenter

Job Description

Join our team as a Finish Carpenter and be a part of creating custom modular buildings such as schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. Our company has a dedicated team of professionals, including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers, who work together to bring these structures to life. You will be reporting to the site location to work on various projects, following blueprints to install studs, drywall, trim, and more.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints to install studs, drywall, and trim.

• Perform rough framing for commercial buildings.

• Measure and cut materials accurately.

• Install hand and finish drywall.

• Complete trim work and finish carpentry tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and drywall installation.

• Experience with hand tools of the trade.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience with both metal and wood structures.

• 5+ years of experience for higher pay rates.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction, including electrical, HVAC, piping, and mechanical installations.

• Residential experience is also acceptable.

• Hand tools required.

Work Environment

Work at our site, either inside a hangar or in the yard once the building is roughed in. Occasional travel may be required to finish projects on location.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, Pennsylvania.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00
