Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Lewis Center, OH

Pay Range: $25-$27

Shift: First M-F

What's the Job?

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.

• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of programming and machining processes.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.

• Proficiency in CNC programming languages and CAD/CAM software.

• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
