Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Representative in Lewisburg, Tennessee, United States. As a Call Center Representative - EXP, your primary role will revolve around handling customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and achieving satisfactory customer service levels within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handling large volumes of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with customer accounts through effective and interactive communication.
• Utilizing appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to the customers.
• Generating sales leads and meeting predefined service team sales targets.
• Dealing with customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set time frames, and ensuring resolution.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and managing file documents.
• Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure quality service delivery.
• Demonstrating proactive engagement with customers to enhance their experience.
• Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites and other relevant software to manage customer records and other related tasks.
Requirements • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications including Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Experience in sales will be a plus
• Familiarity with office functions and standard operation procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
• Experience in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Knowledge of claim administration and ability to handle invoices
• Proficiency in using a database for record keeping
• Ability to provide training on policies and procedures to new staff
• Experience with customer account management
• Ability to provide referrals and specifications to customers when required
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Familiarity with call center methods and practices
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
