Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Lewiston - 72 Strawberry Ave

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the special education program for students enrolled in Andwell TELS’s education center with an ITP.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, accurately identifying the function of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target.

• Develop strong collaborative relationships with the interdisciplinary team and provides training to staff to implement effective applied behavior analysis techniques.

• Develop behavior goals according to the needs and abilities of the child.

• Supervise BHP’s as required.

  What You’ll Bring:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field required.

• One year of clinical experience preferred.
