Title: Inline Extrusion Packer C Position Objective: Pack in a safe, efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality possible. Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Good oral and written communication skills. Legible penmanship. Basic math skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Basic reading skills.

Job Responsibilities: Safety- complies with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant and department. Must be willing and able to wear all personal protective equipment. Must be able to read and understand job docket to ensure that the correct materials are being used. Must maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Must be able to pack and inspect efficiently on the line that you were trained on. Must be willing and able to help co-workers in surrounding areas when time permits. Must be able to accurately label for the job that you are currently on and for any upcoming jobs. Must be able to properly read and understand how to work the scales in the production area. Must demonstrate the ability to safely use a hot melt glue gun. Must be able to operate a calculator. Must be able to operate a hand jack in a safe, productive manner. Must be able to operate a tape gun in a safe, productive manner. Must be able to pack on all lines in the Extrusion Dept. with minimal help. Must take it upon themselves to ensure that needed raw materials are being ordered for their machines with minimal help from co-workers. Must be able to fill out daily paperwork. Must be able to perform all daily task of data entry in the IBS Production System. Must demonstrate active participation in Company's Stretching Program.
