Title: Slitter Re-Winder Operator C Position Objective: To efficiently run draw tape according to size and color.

Qualifications: * High school graduate or equivalent. * Good oral and written communication skills. * Available for overtime. * Basic mechanical aptitude.

Job Responsibilities: * Safety complies with all written and verbal safety rules that apply for the plant and department. Must be willing and able to wear all personal protective equipment. * Maintain good housekeeping. * Learn all future tasks of the job, and show continuous improvement throughout training process. * Able to name and use standard hand tools. * Basic math such as adding, subtraction, etc. * Inspect blades and do blade changes every 3 hours, or as needed. * Take samples to Q.C. once during their shift. * Must be able to fill in for packers when needed. * Must be able to perform all daily task of data entry in the IBS Production System. * Must demonstrate active participation in Company's Stretching Program.
