Description Power BI Analyst w/Finance experience

• 4+ years of Finance related work experience (note we are not looking for someone in accounting that is looking to transition to Finance) * Experience communicating with field operators and/or executive leadership * Proficiency with detailed budgeting and/or forecasting – Revenue to EBITDA for 12+ months * Preferred: experience calculating NPV, Payback, and IRR * Experience with top-down forecasting and budgeting, been a part of budgeting cycles * EBITDA * SQL Server, Workday, Power BI – Microsoft Excel, Power Point * Adaptive is a part of Workday * Oracle Hyperion is an okay alternative to Adaptive * Excel is where this team pulls most of the data from * Excel-based reporting tools(Adaptive, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Microsoft Reporting Services, etc.) * Industry is consolidation, this team manages all the small renewals, does small expansion projects, investment analysis thesis analysis * Finance Person, Not Accounting – Does Not Want Someone With Accounting Background Or Wanting To Leave Accounting, Someone Who Has Explicit Finance Background * This team is more operations, client facing, ability to speak and work with stakeholders, so Power BI/SQL isn’t a major focus as much as Excel and Power Point would be.

  MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Excel-based reporting tools (Adaptive, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Microsoft Reporting Services, etc.) * Finance Experience * Forecasting, Budgeting, Analysis

  Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop five-year forecasts for acquisition, greenfield, and brownfield growth opportunities * Work closely with operations to develop growth strategies, plans, and reporting on the historical financial performance of prior year acquisitions * Provide real estate, facilities, and integrations with decision support related to capital expenditures projects, lease renewals, and the relative impact to the ROI * Develop supporting analyses and financial models to support strategic initiatives * Own monthly reporting of new center budgets and the impact to Caliber’s fiscal year plan * Provide guidance and decision support to corporate development team with ROI analysis * Other duties and ad-hoc analyses as required Requirements Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of related experience * Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Experience with Excel-based reporting tools a plus (Adaptive, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Microsoft Reporting Services, etc.) * Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and management levels within the company * Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated * Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized * Comfortable in a high growth atmosphere * Clear understanding of Finance methodologies, concepts, and principles * Possess an understanding of general accounting concepts Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
