Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Demonstrated experience in Business Administration; Safety and Environmental Compliance Statutes; Building Codes; FiscalAcumen. Demonstrated knowledge of construction means and methods; the application of construction and contract law; budgeting and costing techniques; critical path scheduling (CPM); and web-based project management. Driver’s License — Preferred |
