Job Summary
The Guest Experience Manager at the University of Kentucky is primarily responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience at the Gatton Student Center, as well as several key locations across campus. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to exceeding guest expectations, prioritizing a welcoming and inclusive environment, and managing 1 regular, full-time staff member and a team of student staff. The Guest Experience Manager will coordinate training programs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a fun and inclusive work environment that encourages authenticity and excellence in customer service.
