Job Title: Maintenance Engineering Technician

Job Description

We are seeking three dedicated Maintenance Engineering Technicians to join our team. As a re-manufacturer of heavy equipment engines, transmissions, and powertrains, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our machinery and facilities operate smoothly. You will take apart old equipment, clean it, repair or replace parts as necessary, and reassemble it to send back to clients. The roles include one Maintenance Mechanic and one Facilities Maintenance Technician with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. All positions support both production and building maintenance, including machinery maintenance.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lexington, Kentucky.

Work Environment

All positions are 1st shift, working 10 hours Monday through Thursday, with occasional 4-6 hours on Fridays and almost no weekends. The work environment is not temperature controlled. The company is employee-owned and practices Open Book Management, allowing all employees to see financials and contribute ideas for the business.
