Job Summary
This position provides support for the MLK Center Administrative Specialist and Director of Education.
Answering phone calls and relaying complete and accurate messages
Greeting Visitors, Students & Faculty and Staff with great customer service
Manage the whole MLK center/suite during assigned work hours
Support office programming and events
Clean and prepare the office for morning operations
Manage aspects of the MLK Website, Social Media and Listserv
Manage office images, display case and reservation process
Make sure the office is locked and secure upon leaving

Student Office Managers are expected to demonstrate high levels of confidentiality and a desire to learn new skills. The student in this position must be a self-starter and have an understanding of working in a professional environment, and have excellent customer service skills. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to assume a variety of roles. The Student Office Manager is expected to report to work on time, dressed appropriately and show respect for colleagues in the workplace.
